We strive for accuracy and pay a premium to use the latest LLM models from sources like OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic, etc. but we do not guarantee the A.I. will be 100% accurate on all things. This is why we also include many tools to make it easy for clients to get in touch with you as their loan officer to guide them through the complex process. A.I. is a great tool, but no substitue for person to person connection and communication.

A.I. isn't here to replace you as a loan officer- You're the essential and personal part of the lending experience. A.I. can help cut down on the amount of time you spend doing tedious work like entering data over and over again. With our A.I. integration updating your client information, getting summaries is faster an easier than ever- this gives you more time to get in front of your clients and be at the core of client relationships - not tied down behind spreadsheets and mortgage apps. We don't use A.I. to run financial calculations -we do that the classic way where it's absolutely deterministic, completely tested and monitored, but we will use A.I. to make filling out financial and customer forms faster. For example, in stead of filling out a form you can speak or write in your client's data, we'll add it to the form for you, you verify and move on! It's that simple. We'll also help you build your social media presence with custom guided A.I. support tools to help you be creative and constant in your marketing.

We build our product so it's easy to switch between an high level summary view and a deep dive into each item of the quote. We add common charts & graphs so that it's easy to quickly and accurately see various data points to help you make the best decision. We have info & helps tabs throughout the quote to help new buyers understand terminology, but it doesn't does it in a very descrete way. We've even done user tests to minimize the mental math that clients have to do and give that job to the software.
